Adventures in Design is one of my favorite podcasts not just for how entertaining and awesome it is to hear from my favorite contemporary artists and designers, but because it is an incredibly valuable tool at your disposal for business, marketing, and merchandising advice from people that have used their creativity to shape their lives how they want to live. I've been a proud member of the Circle of Trust for a while now and I can't stress how much you can take away for a few bucks a month.
When I was contacted by AID to be on the show for this year's Creep Week, I was ecstatic. It's a humbling experience to be recognized for the work that you do when you pour so much of yourself into it. Mark Brickey and I sat down for a little over two hours to discuss art, design, punk rock and the importance of the DIY ethic, nature, religion, mental health, how having to wear an eyepatch has affected my artistic process, and a whole lot more. Check the episode out here and sign up for the Circle of Trust to hear the entire episode.
Check out the other episodes this week for interviews and discussions with Ghoulish Gary Pullin, Skinner, and Dave Cook aka Bonethrower! They are all fantastic artists and creeps worthy of your attention and support!
